Limited Lifetime Warranty for Vinyl Products

Mars Window and Door System Inc. (hereinafter “Mars Window”) offers a limited lifetime warranty, subject to the terms and conditions stated, on its vinyl window and door products. Mars Window warrants against defects in materials and workmanship affecting the quality and function of vinyl window and door products under normal conditions and proper usage to the original Buyer of the product(s) throughout the duration of the original Buyer’s occupancy of the residential dwelling in which said products were installed. 

Mars Window warrants that its vinyl window and door sashes and frames shall be free from chipping, cracking, peeling, blistering, corroding and flaking. Mars Window warrants that its insulated glass units shall be free from stress cracks for one year and seal failures for 10 years from the initial purchase date as indicated on proof of purchase. Mars Window warrants that its vinyl window and door mechanical parts shall be free from manufacturing defects.

The limited lifetime warranty only applies to the original Buyer of Mars Window’s vinyl window and door products with proof of purchase during the duration of the original Buyer’s occupancy of the residential dwelling in which said products were installed and is non-transferable. The limited lifetime warranty will not apply if products have been improperly installed, misused and/or abused. The limited lifetime warranty does not cover defects affecting quality and function caused by circumstances outside of Mars Window’s control such as, but not limited to, natural disasters, vandalism, normal wear and tear of hardware, color fading and changing due to normal aging etc. 

Mars Window reserves the right to refuse and reject requests for fixes and repairs on its vinyl window and door products if the request does not conform to the terms and conditions specified.

Mars Window warrants against defects in materials and workmanship affecting the quality and function of aluminum window products under normal conditions and proper usage to the original Buyer of the product(s) throughout the duration of the original Buyer’s occupancy of the residential dwelling in which said products were installed.
